What is IP?

Internet Protocol Address:

This number is an exclusive number all information technology devices (printers, routers, modems, et al) use which identifies and allows them the ability to communicate with each other on a computer network. There is a standard of communication which is called an Internet Protocol standard. In laymans terms it is the same as your home address. In order for you to receive snail mail at home the sending party must have your correct mailing address (IP address) in your town (network) or you do not receive bills, pizza coupons or your tax refund. The same is true for all equipment on the internet. Without this specific address, information cannot be received. IP addresses may either be assigned permanently for an Email server/Business server or a permanent home resident or temporarily, from a pool of available addresses (first come first serve) from your Internet Service Provider. A permanent number may not be available in all areas and may cost extra so be sure to ask your ISP.

Domain Name System (DNS): This allows the IP address to be translated to words. It is much easier for us to remember a word than a series of numbers. The same is true for email addresses.

For example, it is much easier for you to remember a web address name such as whatismyip.com than it is to remember 192.168.1.1 or in the case of email it is much easier to remember email@somedomain.com than email@192.168.1.1

Dynamic IP Address: One that is not static and could change at any time. This type is issued to you from a pool of addresses allocated by your ISP or DHCP Server. This is for a large number of customers that do not require the same address all the time for a variety of reasons. Your computer will automatically get this number as it logs on to the network and saves you the trouble of having to know details regarding the specific network configurations. This number can be assigned to anyone using a dial-up connection, Wireless and High Speed Internet connections. If you need to run your own email server or web server, it would be best to have a static IP address.

Static IP Address: One that is fixed and never changes. This is in contrast to a dynamic IP address which may change at any time. Most ISP's can offer to assign a single static IP or a block of static IP's for a few extra bucks a month and may require you upgrading to a business account.

IPv4: Currently used by most network devices. However, with more and more computers accessing the internet, IPv4 IPs are running out quickly. Just like in a city, addresses have to be created for new neighborhoods but, if your neighborhood gets too large, you will have to come up with an entire new pool of addresses. IPv4 is limited to 4,294,967,296 IPs.

IPv5: This is an experimental protocol for UNIX based systems. In keeping with standard UNIX (a computer Operating System) release conventions, all odd-numbered versions are considered experimental. It was never intended to be used by the general public.

IPv6: The replacement for the aging IPv4. The estimated number of unique IPs for IPv6 is 340,282,366,920,938,463,463,374,607,431,768,211,456 or 2^128.

The old and current standard of IPs was this: 192.168.100.100 the new way can be written different ways but means the same and are all valid:

Tips to Increase Google AdSense

Google Adsense is perhaps the easiest way to attract advertisers from across the globe to your blog. Just submit your blog or website to Google for approval and if their content team approves your content, you are ready to place contextual text ads on your websites. Every time a reader clicks an AdSense ad link, the AdWords advertiser pays Google a small fee and Google splits the revenue with you.

Now you know how to make money with Google Adsense but to help you improve AdSense performance (and advertising revenue), here are some of the best Google Adsense Tips and Tricks for making more money (profit) from the Google Adsense program.

Tips to Increase Google AdSense Earnings

a. Strictly follow the rules mentioned in Adsense policies. You will always earn more revenue from Adsense by playing it clean.

b. Never modify the Google Adsense HTML code. If have trouble embedding AdSense code in your WordPress or Blogger template, take help of the AdSense support forums or send an email to your AdSense account manager.

c. Never ask your friends or visitors to click on your Google ads. Google takes click fraud very seriously. Do not include incentives of any kind on your site for users to click on your ads. Don't label Google ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements.".

d. Don't click on your own ads - Google is much smarter than you think and can discover invalid clicks through IP addresses, site navigation patterns, etc. If you working on a new design for your site, avoid reloading your pages (with AdSense) excessively. You can turn off AdSense temporarily and avoid invalid CPM impressions. Or you can use the unofficial Google Adsense Sandbox Tool that is accessible from Firefox, IE and other browsers to see what kind of Google ads will be served based on content (website address URL) or keywords.

e. Don't place ads in pop-up windows, error pages or even empty pages. Update: With the new AdSense policy change, you can probably place ads on 404 pages. Check with the AdSense support team.

f. Don't start a "adsense asbestos" or "home equity loan rates" website merely to make money from accidental clicks. You will never make money out these Made for Adsense websites. Instead, write on topics what you are passionate about. Don't waste your money on high-paying adsense keywords lists. Stay away from AdSense Adwords arbitrage.

g. For short articles, CTR is best when ads are placed just above the content.

h. For long articles, CTR will improve if you place ads somewhere in middle of the content or just where the article ends - when visitors are done reading the article, they may be looking for related resources.

i. Use Text Ads instead of Image Ads as users get more options and the payout is often higher. If you still want to display image ads (for CPM), consider ad formats like the 300x250 medium rectangle or the 160x600 wide skyscraper as they support also support rich multimedia and the new gadget ads.

j. Google Ads with no background color and no borders will always perform better. Make the border color and background color same as your page background color.

k. Always put ads above the main fold. Make sure that the ad unit with the highest clickthrough rate is the first instance of the ad code that appears in your HTML source. Since the first ad unit is always filled before the rest, you want to make sure that ad unit is located in the best placement on your page.

l. Try setting the ad link URL color to a lighter shade. If your text is black, you may make the adlink as light gray or something like #666.

m. Go Wide - The large rectangle (336x280) is the best paying Adsense format especially for text ads. Try using the 336x280 large rectangle, 300x250 medium rectangle, or 160x600 wide skyscraper.

n. Don't places images next to Google ads as that will invite a permanent ban to your AdSense account.

o. Blend AdLinks with other navigation links or place horizontal adlinks at the top of your webpage. AdSense publishers are permitted to click on link unit topics on their web pages, provided that they do not click on any Google ads on the resulting page.

p. You should try adding a unit near the comments senction of your blog. See more AdSense tweaks.

q. You can put upto 3 adsense units on a page. Try putting a large skyscraper on the right navigation sidebar of your website. That area is close to the browser scrollbar. You can also add 2 AdSense for search boxes and 3 adlink units.

r. The first few lines of your content are an important factor for determining what Ads are served on your webpage. That's the right place to put keywords in bold (strong or <b> tags) or header tags (h1, h2, etc).

s. Always select the setting to open Google Adsense search box results in a new browser window, so you won't lose your visitors. Click the Open search results in a new browser window checkbox and this add target="google_window" to your form tag.

t. Maximum people think the search box is on the top right corner. So you know where to put it.

u. Always syndicate full text RSS feeds and then monetize your feeds with a 468x60 ad in RSS feeds.

v. Monitor the AdSense performance of individual web pages with Google Analytics

x. Block low paying advertisers with Filters. Why to loose a visitor for an ad that will only pay you a cent. Use Overture or Google Adwords Keywords tool to discover keywords that are less popular with advertisers.

y. Learn how to implement AdSense Revenue sharing if you run a site with multiple authors and need to pay your writers based on advertising revenue generated from their articles.

z. Experiment with color schemes and layouts using split testing. You are the best judge when it comes to choosing ad formats for your own website.

Even Google doesn't offer the best advise always. For instance, in the visual heat map, Google suggests that webmasters are best served by positioning ads on the upper left-hand side of a Web page but if you go to any search page on Google, the ads the mostly in the right.

Bonus Tip: Use the AdSense Preview tool to determine what ad campaigns are currently targeted for your site in different geographic regions of the world.

Enter any keywords or a website address (URL) and choose a geographic location of the visitors to see all the related related Google Ads.

Exercise to Create a Better Looking Body

Do you exercise often? If so you are probably wondering what is considered a good amount for the body to get the best results as well as not over push the body. While how much you exercise is up to you, it is good to know that you may not be over doing it or under doing it to create an outcome of what sort of body you want.

If you do not exercise often then you are also probably wondering what is a good start for beginners as well, so I will divide this post into Beginners and Advance. Beginner meaning someone getting into exercise as a newbie and advanced meaning you already do exercise, you just want some extra advice.

First of all before I begin I wanted to say all the answers in this post are based on theory and evaluations of basic training and testimonies. If you decide to use another method that is up to you..

Beginner:
As a starter and beginner one of the best exercise routines talked about is the two day approach. This is where one does a bout of exercise for about two to three hours every second day and builds up to higher. By doing every second day it allows the body to adjust well to the new exercise routine and so less pressure on the body. This is also reported to increase muscle and body build up quicker than doing a daily plan for beginners and is also easier to follow.

During and around strenuous exercise time it is best for the newbie to eat well and drink plenty of water in order to not over push the body to the new routine. Remember your body is a tool as well as your life force, if we pump it full of lots of nasty crappy food it will run just like that food. Sluggish and tired..

The foods to eat around exercise time are fruits, vegetables,  seeds and unprocessed foods. Anything heavy is not a good idea. Some may argue and say carbohydrates are a good idea which are packed full of energy however some carbohydrates are heavy on the body. If you want some carbohydrates go with the unprocessed variety which is better for you and your body.

Advanced:
For advanced people that are used to exercising a lot then there are a couple of methods to improve the body. Number one factor being diet as I advised for beginners such as plenty of fruits, vegetables, seeds and unprocessed foods. As for exercising if you give yourself a few minutes break between long exercise routines it will allow the muscles to relax and then more gently tighten again when you start again which will improve muscle build.

This technique was discovered by a fellow TV lover, what he did was experiment on his body by going straight periods of training to only exercising during TV ads. What he found was by giving the body breaks between the exercise during the TV ads was that muscles increased in size and tightness. This goes back to the theory of letting the body adjust to tough conditions better. In a way like evolving.

For an advanced exercise person training everyday is fine as you have built up to that however make sure to match the diet to the exercise as well so the body as well will improve on the inside as well. This is the biggest tip here other than giving the body breaks in between exercise times.

As a guide here that one can try, is work out for 10 minutes like normal then after have a 2 minute break and then after that 10 minutes then 2 minutes and so on, adjust to a pattern that suits you of course.

Protein:
With both plans, for the beginner or advanced it is always good to include some quality protein in the diet, this can come from foods such as seeds and nuts, chicken, tofu, fish and beef. This will help the body deal with the exercise loads you throw at it and help it build better. A good recommended protein snack is a chicken salad or a protein shake.

Best Exercise Practice:
The best exercise practice is one consisting of a full body workout such as martial arts, jogging, skipping, swimming or all round sports. What you decide is up to you, however it is a good idea to work out muscles that are not used as much to build a body evenly as possible. That way as the body builds it looks even all over.

How to Lose Belly Fat?

Do you suffer from Belly Fat? If so you are probably wondering what is the best method or methods to get rid of that unwanted belly fat..? While it may seem daunting at first there is a way, willpower, perseverance and hard work are the key.. Are you ready to hear some tips?

1 ) Lose Belly Fat Exercise
Okay so first off, exercise is so important, I know it is said time and time again but it really is so important, so I am going to go over some effective exercise for the Belly in particular.  First off try to see the body like a tool, it needs to be pushed to work more efficiently and so too the same with belly fat. Think of the rewards in the end after many months of exercise. More attractive to the opposite sex, more fit, feel healthy etc.. The list goes on..

Below are my recommended exercises -
    Sit Ups or Crunches – 50 plus twice daily
    Touching your toes or as low as you can go many times daily..
    Push Ups – 20 or more twice daily
    Jogging – 25 minutes daily
    Martial Arts – Few times a week
    Swimming – Regular swimming daily if possible

Integrate a exercise routine (write it down) that suits you and build it to something similar above or more. You need to become the active person to lose that belly fat.. There is no secret gizmo’s that can help..

2 ) Lose Belly Fat – Diet and Nutrition
Okay so now to the diet time. Now that you have worked out your exercise plan you need a superbelly fat diet to drop that fat fast.. This diet may really be undesirable at first, but in time many start to like it.. It involves plenty of Fiber as Fiber is one of the major keys in losing weight and plenty of Alkaline based foods..

Eat More of this -    Carrots – Excellent source of fiber, eat a few raw carrots a day to get you really regular.
    Celery – We burn more calories eating celery than it gives so this is an excellent snack at snack time.
    Vegetables – You gotta love veges to lose that fat hey, they are the super fuel, enjoy soups based on veges, steam veges or lightly fried veges..
    Protein – We all need protein so beans and a couple of eggs a day will help..
    Yakults
    Lots of Water

Eat Less of This -
    Processed foods – Great for gaining weight
    Sugar – None is best, natural sugars are found in most foods.
    Salt – Low salt, do not add it to food, use low salt sauces instead like soy sauce if needed.
    Dairy Products – Get your calcium from somewhere else if possible or restrict this dairy intake to only natural yogurt and yakults (dairy drinks of high amounts of acidophilus – good bacteria)..
    No sweet fruit.. Any sweet fruit is a great weight gainer.. Apples are fine.
    Bread

Okay so that should keep you busy there alone.. Can you feel the belly fat respond already?

3 ) How to Lose Belly Fat Secrets!!!
belly fat goneOkay so here is where the hard learned secrets come in.. First one is fiber is your friend, second one is so are Yakults (good gut bacteria). Both of these help get the bowels working at tip top shape. Another tip is do not over eat, try to see meals more like large snacks, not for a feast, you are trying to lose belly fat remember.. A simple salad with egg or tuna will be fine for lunch, trust me you will not die and the best thing about salads is you can eat a lot of salads at a time.. A simple steamed rice, tofu with plenty of veges is great for dinner as well and filling..

Lastly the breakfast tip.. A couple of boiled eggs and salad is a great start. You can substitute the egg with chicken or tofu or anything high in protein.. Just remember low sugar, low carb, high alkaline (veges and salads) and high protein are the key here..

Stick with the diet and exercise (above) for a couple of months to 3 months and you will notice the difference. At first it may seem like low response for the body, however after a few weeks the body will adjust and start eliminating the excess fat.. The belly will start to drop, the excess fat from on the body (including Losing Belly Fat) will start to suck in and you should start to feel a lot healthier in general.

Losing Belly Fat

Losing belly fat can be tough, all going through the process know of its difficulty. One technique that is effective is by eating less. While this is easier said than done, there is a couple of tips to try if using this belly burning technique. Below are my tips.
Belly Fat Burning Tips

1 ) Eat less but healthy. It is all good and well to eat less but without eating well you are only cheating ourselves. try to eat mainly veges and fruits and you are on the right track..

2 ) Try to do more than 50 sit ups in the morning and at night.  This is brilliant for helping tuck that stomach in.. Also the more exercise you do in general the better. Be active..

3 ) Breathing exercises are great..! Simply breath in tucking your belly in and hold for 5 to 10 seconds then release. Do this often during the day and you will find that muscles will start to build around the belly helping weight loss..

4 ) Drink plenty of water, which will help fill you in between meals.. NO SUGAR..

5) Use good multi vitamins and Omega supplements (such as Emu Oil Capsules)

6) Keep at it, patience is a weight loss virtue.. Good luck with removing your belly fat..

Dry Skin on the Face Tips

Have you ever gotten dry skin on the face..? It can appear where you do not want it and it can really be annoying. In this post I want to focus on some tips for dry skin and what to do..

What is Dry Skin?
First of all, what is dry skin? Dry skin is a area of the skin that generally more sensitive than other parts. It may be caused by a number of elements, weather, allergies, chemical exposure or bad diet. Whichever one, the skins appearance will have a dry parched look caused by its inability to retain moisture. It can feel really tight in particular after washing unless some type of good moisturizer or skin treatment is used.

Signs of chapping and cracking to extremely dry dehydrated skin is it’s usual depiction. In severe cases elements such as wind, weather and air conditioning, can all make the condition worse and cause the skin to chap up, dry up and feel really tight.

While most would think babies are immune to beauty effects, this has been highly misunderstood.. It is not what will effect them now it is what will effect them in future.. Here are some longevity and health tips to protect your baby in future..

Water
This truly is a beauty tool most take for granted.. Make sure when your child is suitable for drinking water (when child starts to stop breastfeeding, ask doctor or adviser to be sure), that they get plenty of good water (such as spring water).. Make sure it is high quality water, try not to give your child chlorine or fluoride water or treated water, the long term effects are not good..

Food
Make sure 70 to 80% of there food is alkaline based eg, mashed veges and do not use sugar..! I know a lot of baby foods from the supermarket contain sugar, however these are a no no for your babies health and well being later on.. Sugar to kids is almost like a drug, limit it as much as possible..

Salt
Keep salt to a minimum for you or your baby, it is no good in the long run for health and you will find it makes not much difference in the end to food.. Salt is naturally occurring in most foods or water as sodium so adding more is not needed..

Relaxing Music
This one has been a major breakthrough by science, music has been found to increase intelligence, beauty and a more confident person when exposing your baby to relaxing music.. When it comes to babies they absorb what they hear, so limit the stresses and any form of negative behaviour for your kids sake.. This can only negatively effect them..

Exercise
Let the baby be as active as possible, smile when they are as this is how babies know when they are doing good.. Also smiles are very healing in general and so when ever your baby is developing which is constant try to be as happy as possible, this will rub off on them creating less stress and increase beauty later on in life.. In a sense smiling creates beauty..!
